PEDIATRIC/OBGYN PROCEDURE ROOM
Outfitted with communications systems, wall suction/gasses, and other essential tools, the pediatric procedure room is ready for any pediatric-related procedure or situation.
Simulations in this space include, but are not limited to: Post-partum hemorrhage drills, pediatric mock codes
ANESTHESIA OPERATING ROOM
Complete with everything typically found in a standard operating room, including anesthesia and respiratory devices, monitors, anesthesia ventilators, medication dispensing stations, and more.
Simulations in this space include, but are not limited to: Malignant hyperthermia, anesthesia induction/management, anaphylaxis
EMERGENCY MEDICINE & GENERAL MEDICINE ROOM
This procedure room is outfitted with real-world communication systems and wall suction/gasses and supplemented with multiple cameras and audio recorders for playback and debriefing.
Simulations in this space include, but are not limited to: Mock code blue, trauma management
MULTI-PATIENT SIMULATION ROOM
Four patient bays are connected to a central control center with observation work stations for high-stakes practice and testing allowing for a multiple patient encounter.
Simulations in this space include, but are not limited to: Military mass casualty triage, general nurse orientation
VIRTUAL REALITY ROOM
Haptic-based procedural trainers allow learners to practice techniques for laparoscopic and cardiovascular surgical interventions.
Simulations in this space include, but are not limited to: DaVinci training, FLS/FES practice, surgical laparoscopy
STANDARDIZED PATIENT ROOMS
Twelve outpatient exam room settings with A/V capability for standardized patient encounters.

ENDOSCOPIC & MICROSURGICAL SKULL BASE LAB
A surgical space with multiple work stations for ENT, head/neck, ortho, ophthalmology, and plastic/reconstructive training.

SYNTHETIC PARTS LAB
At the Rush Sim Center, we create items in-house for replacement of task trainer consumables as well as models for practice, including suture pads, abscesses, and abdominal cavities. Our ability to create these parts reduces costs for replacement items and otherwise purchased procedure trainers.
DEBRIEFING ROOMS
Large video monitors connected to a web-based audiovisual system aid in your debriefing, allowing you to precisely review every step of your work.
