The Fellowship Program at the Rush Sim Center is currently offered to graduates of emergency medicine residencies and is a proud member of The Chicago Simulation Fellowship Collaborative. The year-long program is developed based on each fellow's needs and interests. As part of their advanced training, fellows collaborate closely with simulation educators and develop stronger facilitation, leadership, teaching, and technical skills as they relate to healthcare simulation and gain experience in multiple simulation centers across Chicago.
For me, the simulation fellowship was the best possible gateway to start a career in medical education. The breadth of experience in simulation and the quality of the mentorship is truly unmatched. I couldn’t be happier to have had the opportunity to continue my training as a sim fellow in Chicago.”
FELLOW, 2023
“
There’s no better group of simulationists to learn the discipline from than the all-star team of the Chicago Simulation Collaborative. It’s been wonderful to see the impact simulation has had and how it’s been implemented at such a wide variety of institutions throughout Chicagoland.”
